Dubai Outranks Toronto and Milan in 2024 Best Cities Index

Dubai has secured the 13th position in the 2024 Best Cities Index, surpassing major cities such as Toronto, Milan, Los Angeles, and Seoul. This ranking, compiled by the marketing and brand strategy firm Resonance, is recognized as one of the most comprehensive evaluations of metropolitan areas with populations exceeding one million.

Despite a slight decline of seven places compared to last year, Dubai remains a highly desirable place to live. Chris Fair, president and CEO of Resonance, noted that Dubai continues to rank “quite strongly as a desirable place to live,” emphasizing that the global perception of Dubai remains remarkably strong.
